Day 1

Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Makassar, you will be picked up by our Tour Guide. Then transfer directly to the Hotel Pantai Gapura Makassar / similar for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2


After breakfast, we will take you on a city tour around Makassar, visiting the Fort Rotterdam – an old fortress of the past colonial Dutch V.O.C. Then we will directly depart to Tana Toraja with approx. 8 hours drive passing through the Buginese villages with their typical houses on poles. On the way, we will visit the fishermen village in Barru district with its beautiful beach panorama. If we are lucky, we also could see the traditional Buginese “ Pa’bagan “ fisher boats. Lunch will be served at a seafood restaurant in Pare-Pare. In the afternoon, stop also will be made on Puncak Lakawan for having coffee break while enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Kabobong. Late in afternoon, arrive in Rantepao, Tana Toraja. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Misiliana Toraja.

Day 3


After breakfast, we will take you on a full day Toraja tour. First, we will visit Lemo where we can find hanging graves with their rows of Tau-Tau sculptures. Then we will visit to Tampangallo, an ancient and natural grave in a cave with its entombed deceased. On to Kambira, where we will explore the extra ordinary of the baby graves on tree which called “ Tarra Tree “. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Rantepao. After lunch, we will visit Marante & Nanggala, local Torajan villages with big Tongkonan houses and rice barns. In Nanggala we also could find bats hanging on trees around this village. At last we will visit Kete’ Kesu, a local Torajan village which listed on the world heritage book where we can see old Tongkonan houses with their rice barns. Then we back to Hotel Misliana Toraja for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4


After breakfast, we will take you on another full day tour around Tana Toraja. In the morning, we will visit Bori’ where we can find ancient megalith stones which already exist since thousands years. Then we will take you to Tinombayo highland to enjoy the superb view of the rice terraces and Torajan local villages from the hill-top. Then we will visit Batutumonga where we can view the town of Rantepao. Then we will visit Lokomata where we will find graves on a giant megalith stone. Continue our trip by taking a soft trekking from Pana to Tikala passing through the several Torajan villages with the local daily life style. Lunch will be served at a local Restaurant in Rantepao. In the afternoon, we will visit Pallawa & Sa’dan famous as the center of wood carving and weaving center in Tana Toraja. After enough time, we back to Hotel Misiliana Toraja for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5


After breakfast, we will set out for Tentena via Palopo. The road between Tana Toraja and Palopo offers us one of the most spectacular mountain panorama in Indonesia. Lunch en route. In the afternoon, arrive in Pendolo – a small town on the southshore of crystal water lake Poso. Onwards drive through to Tentena by passing through the lakeside of Poso with its superb views while try to catch the beautiful sunset over the lake. Dinner and overnight stay at Siuri Cottage Tentena.

Day 6


After breakfast, we drive to Donggala. On the way, we will visit the Sulewana waterfall which is located on the natural countryside. Lunch will be served en route. In the afternoon, arrive in Donggala. Then we drive through to Tanjung Karang for dinner and overnight stay at Prince John Dive Resort.

Day 7


After breakfast, we will take a scenic drive to Moutong with many photo-stops en route. On the way we can enjoy some spectacular mountainous panorama and local villages with typical life style of the local people. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, arrive in Moutong. Dinner and overnight stay at Asmora Hotel.

Day 8


Today we will be passing the equator line by driving to Gorontalo, the youngest province in Sulawesi Island, famous for its wonderful city view on the coast line. On the way to Gorontalo will also find many picturesque views along the road; such as such as wonderful seashore and mountains with their fishermen villages. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Gorontalo. Dinner and overnight stay at Yulia Inn Gorontalo.

Day 9


After breakfast, set to Manado – the capital town of North Sulawesi province, passing through the coastal areas with the wonderful coconut plantations. In the afternoon, arrive in Manado. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Quality Manado.

Day 10


After breakfast start for Minahasa Tour visiting Woloan village an area with a big group of carpenters, they are building the traditional Minahasa wooden house for sell. Indonesia National Hero Kyai Modjo Tomb, Drive around Tondano Lake with its goldfish farm. After lunch visiting Hill of love with the spring water and 2435 stairs around this hill, on the way stop at Pulutan village that produces clay pottery. This tour is uncompleted if you not seeing the Linow Lake in Lahendong the sulfuric and sunshine, after the spectacular tours back to Hotel Quality Manado for dinner and stay overnight.

Day 11


After breakfast, check out and transfer to Manado bay and then travel by motorized canoe to Bunaken Island, it will take around 45 minutes from Manado bay. You have time to enjoy the most beautiful and colorful coral reef formation as well as thousand species of fish and others marine life. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Bunaken. In the afternoon back to Manado. On the way to hotel you’ve time for shopping at North Sulawesi souvenir and handy crafts shopping center. Check in hotel and stay overnight. Dinner will be served at a seafood restaurant in Kalasey. Then we back to Hotel Quality Manado for overnight stay.

Day 12


After breakfast, transfer directly to Sam Ratulangi Airport Manado to catch your flight to your next destination. End of tour.
